Located in the heart of the award-winning beach community of Seaside, Florida, Josephine's Inn is a two-story, seven room Victorian mansion complimented by handsome antiques, Battenburg Lace and complete full service amenities. Josephine's guest suites are located adjacent to the main house. Each of our four suites features a living room, dining area, full kitchen, fireplace, full bath, TV, VCR, and private bedroom.

Nestled amongst the trees, surrounded by herb and flower gardens, we are an old fashioned, romantic getaway, just up the street from the finest beaches in America. With 4 distinctly different rooms, each with private baths, the guesthouse is simple yet comfortable, furnished for that old Florida guesthouse feel. Breakfast in our cafe is included.
