The El Morocco is a family type motel consisting of 18 units. We have owned and operated the business since 1976. We are long time members of AAA, and a member of the Superior Small Lodging program sponsored by the St. Petersburg-Clearwater Convention and Visitors Bureau. |

| A Solar heated pool, sundeck, shuffleboard court, BBQ Grills, and the beautiful Gulf Beach across the street provide hours of relaxation. Restaurants, golf courses, fishing, shopping, and local tourist attractions are nearby. Central Florida attractions (Busch Gardens, Walt Disney World, EPCOT Center, MGM Studios, Sea World, Universal Studios, etc.) are all within driving distance. Public transportation is directly across the street. No pets please. All rooms are non-smoking. |

| Rooms have Cable TV, baths with tub and shower, in-room phones and individually controlled air-conditioning and heat. Efficiencies have two double beds, and feature completely equipped kitchens. Mini-efficiencies have one double bed and limited kitchen facilities (refrigerator, sink and stove-top unit). Motel rooms offer a double bed and a single bed, refrigerator, coffee maker and toaster. All rooms are immaculate, comfortable and tastefully appointed. |
